Skagen Tråd har tradition for høj kvalitet

Skagen Tråd har en klar mission: Vi ønsker at levere kvalitetsprodukter til bedre priser end vores konkurrenter. 

It does already succeed because we have been doing product development actively since 1986 – this applies for both general wire solutions for the construction industry and for specific customer needs, where our flexible production has the opportunity to fulfill specific wishes. We have a clear desire to be our customers favorite supplier, which also means that we are capable to deliver high quality products and do it fast. 

As our name indicates, the company was founded in the northernmost city – Skagen. But due to persistent growth in many years, and despite to a streamlined production and a small organization, we ended up being too big for our facilities in Skagen. 
Derfor rykkede vi bøde vores produktion samt administration til større faciliteter i Aalborg. Vi har dog fastholdt det positive navn Skagen Tråd.

I løbet af 2024 blev disse faciliteter dog også for trænge. Så her blev grundlaget og beslutningen for at flytte til nye, store og moderne lokaler taget. Disse m2 blev i Støvring, hvor vi har bygget vores nye domicil, der stod klar i starten af 2026.

It is clearly our goal to be in close dialogue with our supplier of raw materials. This gives us clarity about the delivery situation and large purchases gives us better prices. It’s that simple.

Our focus for the future is to be even more focused in our business area. A part of this focus is to make it easier for our customers to get advices and guidance. And in that context, we have developed this website as an alternative to price lists and information in paper form. Furthermore, we have a persistent focus on delivering quality products for better prices than our competitors.
